Itinerary

This itinerary features the development of Khmer architecture and art throughout history.

Day 1: Siem Reap

Upon arrival in Siem Reap, you will be greeted by a local guide at the airport who will show you around the city. Siem Reap is a small town that is rapidly developing, and the journey to get there will take approximately one hour. During this time, you will witness breathtaking landscapes and pass through fascinating villages. The main attraction in Siem Reap is the entrance to the Angkor Wat temple, which is a must-visit for all travelers to Cambodia. Once you arrive in Siem Reap, be sure to take some time to explore the old market, even if you are not interested in buying souvenirs

Day 2: Siem Reap

Start your journey with a visit to Angkor Thom, the last city of the Khmer Empire. Here, you can explore the awe-inspiring Bayon temple, renowned for its beautiful towers adorned with smiling faces on each side. The temple's richly decorated exterior walls feature exquisite bas-reliefs that are sure to leave a lasting impression. Next, visit Banteay Srey, a temple constructed primarily from red and pink sandstone, which gives its elaborate decorative wall . carvings a striking contrast. Although smaller than other Angkorian constructions, this temple still impresses with its beauty. Join us on this incredible journey to immerse yourself in the rich history and beauty of Angkor.

Day 3: Siem Reap

Additionally, we have an exciting itinerary planned for you. First, you will visit the Kompong Pluk Floating Village, providing a fascinating glimpse into the lives of the locals. On the way to the village, you will pass through small, beautiful rural villages and rice fields. Upon reaching the floating village, you will take a private boat to explore the Great Lake, Tonle Sap. The boat ride will take you through captivating floating villages and breathtaking landscapes. Depending on the time of year and water levels, you will journey as far as possible along the river. This experience will offer valuable insights into the people and environment of this region, creating lasting emotional connections.

Activities Inclusion: Komponh Pluk Flaoting Village

Meal Inclusion: Breakfast

Day 4: Siem Reap 

Additionally, we have an exciting itinerary planned for you. First, you will visit the Kompong Pluk Floating Village, providing a fascinating glimpse into the lives of the locals. On the way to the village, you will pass through small, beautiful rural villages and rice fields. Day 5: Phnom Penh

Prepare for an unforgettable adventure as you travel to Phnom Penh, Cambodia's vibrant capital city. With its stunning location at the confluence of the Mekong and Tonlé Sap rivers, Phnom Penh is steeped in rich history and culture, making it a must-visit destination. Your day will be filled with exciting activities, starting with a visit to the city's famous riverfront, where you can explore the ornate Royal Palace, Silver Pagoda, and the National Museum, showcasing the country's fascinating artifacts. Moreover, the massive and stunning art deco Central Market is located in the heart of the city. In the evening, embark on a unique City Tour by cyclo, which is an experience you wouldn't want to miss. You will visit the Independence Monument, where a knowledgeable guide will share the place's fascinating history with you. Then you will head to Wat Phnom, a serene temple located on top of a hill, where you can relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The legend has it that a woman named Penh found sacred Buddhist objects in the nearby river and placed them on top of the hill.

Activities Inclusion: Phnom Penh: City tour by Cyclo to visit Wat Phnom and Independence Monument.

Day 6: Phnom Penh

Phnom Penh is an exceptional city that reflects Cambodia's past struggles and successes. Today, you have the opportunity to visit two important places that tell the story of the Khmer Rouge's tragic legacy. First, you will start with the Tuol Sleng Genocide Museum (S21), and then you will move on to the Killing Fields of Choeung Ek. In the afternoon, you may want to explore the Royal Palace, which is home to the country's most sacred temple - the Silver Pagoda, and the private quarters of King Sihamoni. Although the King's private quarters are not open to the public, you can still appreciate the grandeur of the palace. You can end your day by relaxing in a café by the riverfront, enjoying the city's charm and beauty.

Day 7: Phnom Penh - Departure Day
